AGM at 10:30am and Presentation Day from 11:00am.
All committee positions will be declared vacant and will be open for nominations.
Awards ceremonies for teams as well as individual awards.
Free rides - jumping castle and inflatable obstacle course - from 12 - 2pm.
A coffee van and a BBQ run by Merrylands Scout group will provide options for food and drink purchases.
Fields available for ball games.
Team photos ordered and paid for on photo day may be collected.
New club merchandise including sports bags and all-weather jackets available for orders.
